Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe, one of the Winter Park Village premier properties, is located in the new pedestrian Village at Winter Park Resort. The outside is brought inside with these beautifully appointed condominiums which range in size from studios to three bedroom units and comfortably accommodate families of any size.

Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe feature granite counter tops, tile floors, and stainless steel appliances in your choice of a full kitchen or kitchenette. These beautiful, designer decorated, contemporary condominiums also feature heated, underground parking and are conveniently located on the in-town shuttle route.

After a full day on the slopes, a short walk from the chairlift brings you back to your home away from home and convenient on-site ski locker. Relax in front of the warm glow of your gas fireplace accented by a solid wood hearth, unwind with a movie on your LCD flat panel TV, or "mix it up" après ski style on the beautiful third floor amenity deck featuring heated walkways, a giant common area hot-tub and gas barbeque grill.

Guests are allowed one car per lodging unit to park in the underground parking garage; surcharge of $14 per evening in the ski season. Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe  is unable to accommodate pets of any kind, and all units are non-smoking.

 

To respect your privacy, and to reduce environmental impact, we do not offer daily housekeeping service.  Midweek cleaning will be scheduled on stays of 5 nights or more, and a tidy service will be scheduled for the 2nd day of a 4 night stay.. Please contact the front desk to schedule these additional services.
