Wawona Hotel

This wonderful establishment is one of the oldest mountain resort hotels in California and a National Historic Landmark. The hotel is located only 6 kilometres from the park's south entrance and cradled between the Mariposa Grove Big Trees and the Yosemite Valley. All tastefully decorated guest rooms with period furniture and Victorian touches have excellent facilities and modern amenities for a truly comfortable stay. Most of them also open onto a beautiful veranda, allowing its guests to breathe fresh air and rest at the end of the day.
